
BABY YOGA CLASSES
Baby Yoga is on Wednesday and Friday mornings and runs termly - you are welcome to join the class anytime during the term. On Wednesday mornings the class is at Josie's home studio in St Albans and on Friday mornings the class is at The Nest on Central Drive in St Albans. Free parking available in both locations.

Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling.

A fun and very special class, Baby Yoga is a fantastic way to spend a dedicated hour with your little one.
You will learn to strengthen your body following pregnancy and birth through gentle yoga movement and breathwork. You baby is also involved in the class as we introduce them to yoga, rhyme and a little bit of baby massage. Come along and join us, meet other parents and babies and take some time to rest and restore.
