Baby Yoga Classes take place on Tuesday mornings, 10.45-11.45am during term time. 

New Term Starts Tuesday 12 March 2024.

A fun, informal class, Baby Yoga is a fantastic way to spend a dedicated hour with your little one.

You will learn how to strengthen your body following pregnancy and birth through gentle yoga movement and breathwork. You baby is also involved in the class as we introduce them to yoga and rhyme.  Come along and give it a go, babies welcome from the age of 6 weeks to crawling!

How to book? The new term starts on 12th March and the dates are 12th, 19th & 26th March and 16th & 23rd April. This includes a two week break over Easter. You can book at anytime and will need to book all available dates.

Gentle Yoga


This class is open to people who enjoy a gentle practice, including beginners. 

Yoga  Nidra

Super relaxing, a guided meditation to help nourish the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.  

Mixed Level Yoga

A dynamic class for people who are ready for a stronger practice. 

Deep Stretch Yoga

A yoga class designed especially for Runners or Walkers, helping you stay strong, flexible and injury free.   

Baby Yoga

For adults and their babies (6 weeks to crawling) to help strengthen, relax and have fun!

One to One Classes 

Available on request; One to One Private Yoga Classes; Yoga for Teenagers; Family Yoga; Pregnancy Yoga.

Yoga for Teens


A great opportunity to come together in a safe space with other teenagers and practice yoga.
