Based in her home studio/garden in St Albans (Fleetville) or online via Zoom, Josie's yoga classes are fun, friendly and open to everyone, whatever your age, ability, background, or interest. Each class, inspired by the Anusara tradition of yoga, helps strengthen and stretch your body with careful alignment, along with breathing and relaxation exercises. Josie teaches with experience and respect for each individual.


One-to-One Classes are available on request.

We explore movement to build physical strength & flexibility; learn techniques to build self confidence & individuality & tools to manage exam and life stress.
