YOGA FOR TEENAGERS

Every Thursday during term time

at

The Yoga Hall, St Albans

5-5.45pm, £10 a class

All secondary school teens welcome

 

Josie is passionate about teaching teenagers and this class is a great opportunity to come together in a safe space with other teenagers and practice yoga.

 

A wide range of teens come to the class, including teenagers at secondary school who are looking to find skills to cope with exam stress, teens who are taking yoga as part of their DofE, and teens who are home schooled. 

 

We will move, balance, breathe and relax. We will also learn many techniques to help us develop a sense of self esteem and self confidence. 

Yoga can benefit many areas of your life - improving physical strength and flexibility, helping with exam stress, life stress, worry, anxiety and sleep. 

Everyone is welcome, you can be a complete beginner or have had some yoga experience. 

Come along and give it a go!

 

If you can't make this session Josie offers private classes for teens which can be taught in Josie's yoga space in St Albans or at your home.
