"I have attended a few of Josie's retreats and I can honestly say it is a highlight to my year! The yoga sessions always have the right balance of challenge and relaxation with a little laughter thrown in. The accommodation is in a perfect setting to get outdoors during the day and enjoy the stars in the evening over a lovely fire. Come to our NEW VENUE in ST ALBANS and learn to practice yoga with your child at this fun workshop. Suitable for parents/carers and all school aged children. A great way to sew the seed of yoga, learn about your body, breath and ways to stay calm and steady.
