Hello! I'm Josie.
Inspired by a visit to India a the beginning of the century, I embarked on an exciting yoga journey and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2008. I have been teaching and training ever since.
For me, yoga is a way of life. It helps keep us fit and healthy and helps us maintain balance and perspective. Yoga helps us be the best person we can be. It helps us learn to enjoy life as much possible and be kind and loving to people around us.
In my classes, I aim to share the teachings of yoga so we can become stronger and fitter in our bodies, as well as healthier in our minds and kinder in our lives. Originating in India, these teachings have been passed down by generations of amazing people, all of whom I honour and respect as I continue on my yoga journey.
I invite you to come and try a class. Everyone is welcome, whatever your age, ability or background.
I am fully insured and have completed teacher trainings in the following:
200 hours and advanced trainings with Bridget Woods Kramer, Anusara Yoga
200 hours with The Sivananda Centre
Post Natal and Baby Yoga with Birthlight
Yoga for Teenagers with Teen Yoga
Yoga Nidra with the Satyananda Centre
