Josie invites you to a range of workshops and retreats. Everyone is welcome.

The accommodation is in a perfect setting to get outdoors during the day and enjoy the stars in the evening over a lovely fire.   • A great opportunity to come together and celebrate the magical month of May. I love this time of the year as we gradually move towards Summer. The earth starts to flourish and bloom and it's the perfect time to look inwards and wake up our inner strength.

  • We will enjoy a 2 hour yoga practice (suitable for all levels of yoga). Throughout the afternoon we will explore ways to find a little bit more inner power, strength and authenticity which will help balance out any feelings of inadequacy and fear. 

  • A 30 minute focused session on breathing and how we can explore the breath to maximise our overall sense of wellbeing and strengthen our inner belief.

  • A 50 minute sound bath with guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) alongside the beautiful sound of the harp played by harpist Julia Micthell,

  • Finishing with herbal tea and vegan cakes.

  • By the end I hope you will feel refreshed, stronger and ready to be the best person you can be.


The afternoon is open to everyone, whatever your yoga experience or ability.
