Explore the Chakras & Gong Sound Bath

You are invited to join us at The Oak House Studio for an afternoon of yoga movement and breathwork followed by a wonderful Gong Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). 

 

 During the afternoon we will focus on balancing the Chakras as we transition into Autumn. This will help our immune system stay strong as we move towards the colder months, and allow us time to to think about what we need from the next chapter in our year. 

The workshop is open to everyone with all levels of yoga experience. 

What to Expect?

After settling in and meeting the group we will experience each of the seven Chakra points. This will involve breathing exercises and yoga postures relevant to each Chakra. To help reinforce and consolidate our experience we will then enjoy a meditative hour of a Gong sound bath (played by Michael Blainey) combined with a Yoga Nidra.  The afternoon will finish with tea and vegan cake and an opportunity to chat, ask questions and share experiences.
