Join us in January to celebrate the New Year. It's the perfect way to start 2024! We will explore the Chakra system,  set our intentions for the year ahead and restore with a gong sound bath and guided meditation. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • A two hour yoga practice exploring the main Chakra System. A Chakra is a wheel of energy which can get blocked and stuck. We will learn how to locate and enter each of the seven main Chakra's and through movement and breathwork explore how to unblock and balance out each Chakra, with the purpose of finding an overall sense of inner strength and wellbeing. 

  • A 45 minute breathwork practice to reflect and set intentions for the new year. 

  • A one hour Gong sound bath and guided relaxation allowing us sacred time to pause, rest and restore. 

  • And to finish we will have a selection of vegan cakes and herbal tea and a chance to chat.

  • By the end of the afternoon you will feel READY for the year ahead!

 

The afternoon is open to everyone, whatever your yoga experience or ability.
